该产品其他结构与水雾式钢质防火卷帘相同，其帘板结构采用双层热镀锌钢卷带制作，帘板主体成空心，空隙之间填装饱满的隔热材料可降低热辐射值，该产品一切功能均与其他防火卷帘相同，在不设水雾式冷却系统时可使用于一般要求的防火场地，增加水雾冷却系统变成特级防火使用。

汽雾式钢质特级卷帘门是国内多年传统采用的产品，该产品具有刚性强、造型美观、使用灵活、占地面积小等优点。从表面处理可分为二种,一是热镀锌钢卷带制作（防锈防蚀性较好）。二是采用冷轧钢带制作，外表采用喷塑处理(色泽多，可供用户选择)。该类产品由于金属体导热性强，防火使用时要求达到良好的隔热效果所必须增设水雾冷却系统。供水系统由供水管路及喷水管、电磁阀、球阀等管件组成，能自动控制水路开、闭。卷门机配装温控自降装置，就可在停电情况下保证在温度达到70度左右时自动关闭。产品的控制方法可与消防配套实现联动，无消防设置的地方，也可增设烟感、温感探头达到单门控制.

该产品帘面结构、功能与双轨帘相同，由于只设有一道帘面因而隔热辐射效果比双轨帘较差（但比钢质卷帘好)，可满足一般防火要求，其他功能均与双轨帘相同。

The curtain structure and function of this product are the same as those of double track curtains. Due to only having one curtain surface, the thermal insulation and radiation effect of this product is worse than that of double track curtains (but better than steel rolling curtains), and it can meet general fire protection requirements. Other functions are the same as double track curtains.

4.双轨双帘无机特级卷帘门

该产品采用两道无机帘面组成，每道帘面结构均采用四层难燃材料构成，一层为硅酸铝纤维装饰布（色泽一般为蓝、灰、白等可供用户选择)，二层为耐火层，采用耐高温不燃材料制作，三层为隔热屋，四层为降低辐射层，同时在帘面内垂直方向均布有钢丝绳以增强帘面的拉伸强度。帘面外表按一定间距采用成型平板夹紧，夹板的两端弯曲成90度，形成防脱钩，以增强抗风压能力，帘面下部设有座板，增加帘面强度，保持帘面平、直、美观。

主体与卷门机、电控箱、烟、温报警系统配合构成自动启、闭、信息反馈等功能，配上温感自降器，在火灾发生后缺电情况时可自动关闭，也可手动关闭。该产品安装时两道帘面之间因拉开一定距离，形成一道空气隔离层，因而提高了防火保险系数及火面与背火面的温度系数，使性能达到状态，所以能满足于各种建筑物特级防火的需要，可有效解决特大跨度及异性场地的防火难题。产品可与消防配套实现联动控制，也可设立单门自动控制。并可根据用户需要可在帘面适当位置增开逃生小门。
